Ended up doing things around the house today, and hitting the grocery store. My knees are aching. I've never had them hurt like this before, so it's a bit worrisome. Going to take some ibuprofen and see if it helps. Probably went back into walking too much too quick. :/ That's about it for the day. I'll be back tomorrow though.
