Im pleased today I was 9 stone 4 3/4 yesturday but today Im 9 stone 2 1/2 ! yeah Im so pleased Im gonna take a grip on my sweet tooth now If I hadn't pigged out on sweet stuff and alcohol at weeekend I wouln'd have gained I would have lost! Im at a good weight BUT xmas round the corner Im treating myself at the WRONG TIME OF YEAR!
