What an unmotivated day. I didn't get my walk in. I'm going to my office today and there is a lot to do. I'll get a bit more walking in so that will help. I should be able to walk a bit tonight (I always find it easier to exercise when I've had a busy day). Well, it's off to the shower and go get packed up and head to the office.
