Diario de loosinisfun, 27 nov. 09

gooooooood mornin everyone...woke up early this mornin with a sinus headache...took some tylenol extra strength an layed bck down for a few...woke up at 3am...an ate an was changing clothes to head to the gym when i was watchin weather channel...i seen it say 34 outside with a wind chill of 25...my mind said o chit..my body said no way...i crawled bck into bed an got more sleep...not sure how this is gonna work this winter when it gets colder outside..i have always lived in the midwest an you would think i was use to it..but i just never do get use to the change from summer to winter...im already ready for summer to return again...and the temps arent really that cold yet...got on the scales this mornin an it was up..guessin i ate to much salt yesterday..simple cure..well guess i need to get up an make the bed and move around some...have a great friday everyone...
