I'm not recording my weight yet because I don't want to get on the scale and be further disappointed by what I see. I'm not ready. I didn't get a chance to work out more than one or two days, so I can't be excited about weight loss. The flab level seems outrageous, and like a tid will pass before I reach my objective. Right now, I'm super tired. I made sure to eat fish and onions (protein and carbs) before I hit the road.
