Diario de cellybell, 25 nov. 09

So, I noticed that the scale in my house was acting a little funky. It would give me three dramatically different weights within moments of each other. Yesterday, we got a new scale for the house and it gave me a weight that was very different from the one I would get more consistently from the old scale. Unfortunately, it is about ten pounds higher, but it is accurate. I will not change my target weight, I just need to try a little bit harder now.

I have lost 30 pounds before starting this web-based program and when you want sugar, have some protein with it. Let say, "some" dark chocolate & skim milk for example. The protein in the milk will tell your brain, "yes!" And the dark chocolate will do its part too.
