Diario de pkgardner, 09 oct. 11

Back from vacation. Lots of good and not so good food was eaten. I tried to have a semblance of my routine while vacationing but it makes it very difficult when you're not on a schedule. Upside to it is that I had plenty of good exercise swimming and long walks on the beach. Now to get back into the routine. I actually missed eating healthy. Will see what the damage is tomorrow when I weigh in.

Welcome back from vaca. It took me about 2 weeks to get back on the saddle after my vaca. It's so tough sometimes but I know you can do it!
