I fallen off, and my kids have been nagging me to get back on the path. When your 17 year old son says, "Mom you need to do it." I guess you got to do it. I've only gained 3 pounds while off which I consider a victory. Now, I'm again making conscious food decisions again. I did tell my hubby if I went back on, I was going to have to buy new pants because even my smallest ones now are a little loose. I now have no jeans that fit and only 2 pair of work slacks. Think I'm gonna have to hit the thrift stores and hope they have some in my size because I can't afford to be buying a pair of jeans and 4 pairs of slacks in every size as I continue to lose.
