I thought when I was almost to my goal 2 years ago, that I would never be here again. Well 30 lbs later.... I am!!! I need to find my motivation again. I know what works and I know how good it made me feel when the weight was off. Now that I am even busier than before, I need to find those moments in the day to get started and eat right!!
