Diario de loosinisfun, 17 nov. 09

goooooooooooooooood mornin everyone...rain finally got here...yesterday just had sprinkles most of the day, but when i got up at 330am..was rainin hard this morning...gettin ready to head to the gym in a few...already been on the scales no movement on it, but i had 42s on again yesterday and they fit great, not as tight as they had been several weeks ago...so the inches are comin off once again...so least im seein some kind of a loss to keep my mind in the right state..seeing the inches come off is just as motivational for me as seeing the numbers on the scales...lest i kno all the hard work of going to the gym at the wee hours of the morning are worth it...and for poet in motion, yes i still drink my protein shakes..only .50 g of sugar in them compared to 112 g of sugar in a med chocolate shake from dq......but i drink them after a workout to re-energize my protein that i use in my workouts ...i would like to get all of my numbers down even more in my food menu...so gonna try to tweak here an ther on it all...an try an get all the numbers down lower then they have been in the past weeks...a tweak here .. a tweak there...fine tuning it to make the best choices...back if feelin alittle stiff today as i sit here at the computer, but im sure after my workout an then coming home an doing crunches, it will loosin up some...well need to get up an dressed an get ready to leave in a few...get that workout over with an get my metabolism started once again today to burn off the calories...have a greatttttttttttttt day everyone....

back home from a fantastic workout..decided to push the workout today...did 2x30 on recumbant bike on hill programs, then did 1x30 on elliptical and a hill program...then...lol...did another 10 min on hill program on elliptical...decided i better stop before i was payin for it tomow...nasty outside with the rain comin down...so nice to be home an inside for a few hours...now to get on the floor an do some crunches...

Fantastic motivation! Congrats on making it to the gym VERY early and in the rain yet! Woo hoo on the 42s! Inches lost and firming is just as important as the movement of the scale - especially when the scale doesn't always show the true picture. Super job! Keep up the great work! Have a fabulous day!
