This morning I have some energy, but I still am sore and a little fatigued. Didn't do well entering my food yesterday, and I think I'm forgetting some food when I tried to do it today. If I didn't forget anything, I only had 45% of my daily calories, which is aweful. Found out Saturday that I may not be losing as much as I could b/c I'm not eating enough calories. Going to work out tonight before my nutrition class.
Update: my mom remembered what I had for lunch yesterday. lol Ended the day about 90% of calories. Not so bad.
