I didn't want to do it. But I did it anyways. I hopped on my tread mill and set 10 songs and said I HAD to work out to them. I may have whined the whole time, but I did it. UGH. LOL

Thank you...so do I! It wasn't as bad as I thought but still not my favorite...according to thedailyplate.com my 10 minutes of 2 mph and 20 mins of 3 mph is worth 300 calories. Can't complain too much then.
