Ok this week has been hard. I lack energy I feel down but the smallest amount of sugar will pick me up. So maybe I need to find natural sugar to replace it with like in melons. Also started of well on my exercises but then drifted off the past few days I think partly due to lack of energy I have the I want to I need to do it attitude but just physically cant do it. So weight in tomorrow also going to measure my body fat and body water. Also took measurement of my chest bust waist hips thighs upper arms and stomach was very shocked at the size of me but I'm hoping to get them down I will re measure a week tomorrow then every week after that with my weight in's. Need to get into a routine and break my old habit's craving sugary things like sweets chocolate and dr pepper it's a lot harder than what I thought it would be.
