Over the moon. That is me the LIGHTEST I HAVE BEEN THIS CENTURY. I have also now lost 25% of my original body mass.
What I have noticed, since going onto my new regime (not Low Carbs High Fat but Reduced Carbs Increased Fat), is on the days when I get the carbs down to about 20% I don't feel the least bit hungry, only eat about 85% of my 1750 RDI, and have lots of energy. On the days when I reduce the carbs to 40% I need my 100% RDI to feel satiated and do not have as much get up and go. Just an observation.
95,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 32,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 0,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.

That's a fantastic achievement - well done! They do say that fat & protein leave you feeling fuller for longer. I guess it's that case for you :)

Jocko "Happy Days are here again" what a brilliant achievement you must be feeling on top of the World! I think your in the right frame of mind now, compared to a month or so ago when things weren't going according to plan..... You have tweaked your diet to suit your body needs and now know what works for you, Keep at it Sunshine... we will all get there in the end.....
