Ok, so it's been ages since I've been on or even dieted for that matter. Why is it SO stinkin' hard to make a committment to myself to stick with a fitness lifestyle!! All I seem to do is lose a few pounds and then lay off for a few months... meanwhile gaining back half of what I lost! I'm trying again because I refuse to give up. 20 lbs. doesn't sound like so much, but for me it might as well be 100.
