I was REALLY surprised how many calories I ate yesterday. And how many of them were fat calories.

Today, too - I had way too much fat and not enough protein.

I had to eat 5 egg whites and 3 turkey burgers for dinner to even it out! Wow - I am learning SO MUCH from the FatSecret calculator! I am very thankful for it!

I did 1 hr. grooving in the house r.s. and 32 minutes blast n tone. Hooray!

My mom's arthritis is giving her a lot of pain in her legs and back. I wish she would come to physical therapy and try to get some relief, but she won't.
