GOOD AFTERNOON! It's monday - oh boy. another week. well the good thing is i eat better on work days as i'm so busy. i pack up my little lunch bag with all this good stuff as i work out of town and don't go home to snack on break. and i DO stay away from the machines......thats a $$$ thing! i will not flush my money in a machine that just basically hands me weight to put on! and i was a previous Diet Coke addict! truly i would drink about 8 per day. now........maybe 8 a month! Water Water Water.................at least 64 oz but am thinking of upping this ante.........we'll see. i am going to do this this time. i may be older since my husband met me but i can get looking like i did 7 years ago :D.................
