Up, down, up, down, for a few weeks. Then a drop and back to the ups and downs. It's been this way throughout my entire weight loss journey.
68,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 13,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I’ve been up and down and now for some reason I’m going down. Yeah! My goal is to lose weight but to bring my sugars down 6.5 so technically have diabetes BUT this is my motivation to improve my numbers because I don’t want diabetes. As we age if we keep on the life style of making mostly bad choices you will gain weight, get hypertension, develop diabetes. I’m focusing on the glycemic index value of foods, portion control. The old saying you are what you eat, is really true, you are fooling no one except yourself. It all shows up eventually in the blood work. That is the proof in the pudding. lol. Glad to be part of this community, we can do this!
