decided to take a different tac. finding it difficult to eat enough recommended calories, then make bad decisions and undo all my work. sooooo, I've knocked down the recommended calories but won't worry about going slightly over. I haven't lowered the calories too much as don't want to go the other way and end up with cravings. work makes doing enough exercise difficult but trying to motivate myself to do more. we'll see what happens. have a great evening everyone x
