The day of the party. I got to my goal of 88 kg (just under actually) - Pretty happy with that. My next goal is to be 87.5 by the end of the month. Yay! Back on track!!!
87,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 15,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Ok, down today .4 kgs... so I am still up 2.8kgs after easter. Not happy - but happy that I am trying to be back on track and being accountable. During my bingeing sessions before Easter, I didn't want to step on the scales because I didn't want to know the damage, but I am happy that I faced the music yesterday and things can only improve from here right??

Well done for getting on the scales Angelica! :) I figure the sooner I do the sooner I can correct my mistakes. Easter is such a tricky time of year. Thank goodness it's done and dusted. xo

JustforJules, I am glad Easter is over, but the only thing that does slow down the progress after Easter is the left over Easter Eggs! I have so much chocolate lying around the house that it isn't funny! I am trying not to eat them. I might have a treat once a week (maybe 2 mini Cadbury easter eggs - to kill the cravings). Other than that, the best thing you can do is face the scales, and tell yourself that no matter what, the numbers will be better tomorrow. Just bite the bullet and weigh in, it will motivate you to follow your plan better. Hope this helps! Good luck - I promise it will not be as bad as you think.

Ok, sorry to double post, but I lost another .2 so down to 2.6 kgs up after Easter. I struggled yesterday, but back on track today. Trying to be completely focused. Hope everyone else is going well.
