Back to tracking today - I came down with a head cold Sunday & stayed home Monday. I just laid around the house & ate what I wanted. Also, my worst habit is that I don't track on the weekends. Needless to say, the weight was up a bit, big surprise. But today I'm back at work, just went for a short walk on my break & will do some light exercise tonight. Maybe this weekend I'll actually track, that's the goal!
