Scale disappointed me, but most of all I was disappointed in myself. I thought I was doing everything right and losing weight, in fact I even gained weight🫣 I need to make more of an effort
I didn't keep track of what I ate today, but I'm continuing my battle with the pesky overweight tomorrow

Just make a sound plan and stick to it. Stay busy. Watch the calories and carbs. Eat whole foods.

Keep going Sophie! @morticia is right, eat Whole Foods, clean food but I feel ya! It's so hard, especially Sunday's! I don't know why I fall off the wagon every Sunday! I'm not even hungry because my quinoa chicken bowl filled me up but I really wanted a Coke (I usually don't keep that in the house, it's a kryptonite for me) so I swing in the Golden Arches and decided if I'm getting Coke I need fries 😭😂🤦🏻‍♀️. Every Sunday I blow it!

What’s your WOE? I find that meal planning helps me as well as tracking my calories daily. I do take breaks periodically but for the most part, I track daily.

StormsGirl, I try to choose foods high in protein. But I think my mistake was eating potatoes almost every day, which is on the banned foods list? As far as I know. And I didn't take into account its caloric content. I don't see any other reason why I could have gained weight. I gave up all high-carbohydrate foods: fast food, sweets

I feel you. In my case, I get on track when I start planning, measuring and logging everything I eat (even a cracker). 3 liters of water, 60-120g protein also help me stay on track.
