So, I had my first physical evaluation today at the gym, the doctor said I have 41.6% body fat so I need to get it lower than 30% and 26% or muscle and it needs to be higher than fat%, I'm restarting my diet and all because I have real measures now, I thought I was 1.62 mt tall but now I know I'm 1.60 Mt, and weigh 66.9 kg, my goal is to get to 56 kg doing it the right way, I will start with the personal trainer on Monday, 3 sessions a week, Mon, Wed and Fri and Tuesdays and Thursdays group classes of Rumba (dancing with aerobics), I have my next doctors appointment by the end of march so I'll be updating my weight hopefully once a week. I'm very excited about this and this is a new life :)
