Diario de IntuitiveMe, 12 sep. 11

I have just been off track for ages. I just haven't been exercising or tracking calories, and eating in between meals too much. I am ready to stop this and back into the routine.
I got a new bike yesterday, and rode for about an hour today. I really like it although it hurts my booty A LOT! I think I am going to invest in a gel seat or at least a seat pad.
I am going to try and ride every morning, it will get me used to exercise again and I can start the day with burning some calories and getting some fresh air. I think that will be a big step in the right direction, as I have not worked out in about a month! EEK.

Me too! I am starting today to log my calories and trying to get back into a daily exercise plan. We can do this!!

The bike is a great way to get going again with some exercise. I understand exactly what you mean about the seat - sometimes they can literally be a real pain in the --s! It's good to see you back. I missed you!
