I’m feeling good today. I have finally hit my goal weight, but it’s more than that. This time feels different. I have always been unhappy with my weight, but particularly the past four years has really taken a toll on my body and how I see myself (five pregnancies and two wonderful children but a tough journey). When I look back at photos from 5 years ago I think ‘why wasn’t I happy with how I looked!?!
This app has been such a great tool! It’s helped me unlock poor eating habits that had crept in over these difficult four years and to be accountable! And this time I am going to be kinder to myself 🌟
