Ok. I'm back. Haven't gone anywhere weight-wise the past month. Probably a good thing given the lifestyle I've been living. Bad diet, lots of alcohol, but also lots of activity and, to be honest, lots of fun. But now I'm back, my life slows down a bit for the next 10 weeks and I'm hoping to get back on track and make a bit of progress. Last night's dinner (since I'm a little proud of it): sauteed softshell crab and Maryland Rockfish with corn, zucchini, yellow squash, and some Swiss chard that we grew in the garden in a lemon-butter-caper sauce.
