I had a decent week of eating - probably close to 90% compliant which I think is a reasonable lifestyle. I had wine and beer yesterday, but skipped some calories at lunch to help off set that. I have a big dinner/evening planned on Sunday (Superbowl) so I am going to try to keep it low cal until then ! maybe hopefully some extra cardio, we shall see.
