Diario de Berry Well 42, 13 jul. 24

Today went pretty smooth. I was tempted to eat more but the salt content stopped me today and I asked myself if I was really hungry or just sad and stressed. The answer turned out to be I was worried. There is so much that is about to change and thinking about it in my subconscious catches up with me after awhile. Glad I made the choice today to just say no. I don't have to eat all the calories I'm allowed to either. For today my emotional eating bug was defeated.

Emotional eating or for me stress eating has always been a challenge. I’m trying a new approach with this app. I have to log the food before I eat it. I’m hoping seeing the impact will help prevent me from consuming the wrong thing. Hang in there.

Great job 👏👏👏. To stop and first ask yourself if you're really actually hungry is not easy at all !! What I've learned to do when I think I'm hungry, but shouldn't be, is to drink a glass of water and while I'm drinking it I take the time to figure out if I'm really hungry or just stressed, tired or bored. It doesn't always work 🤣🤣, but it helps so much ....you can do this !

Thank you MuffinTopStopper. I hope to keep doing it once and for all. Got my green tea and water in. Going to eat something healthy and delicious. My favorite combo.

I’ve done this a million times. Brushing my teeth and flossing really works, especially after supper. 👍🏻🤗❤️
