so I went back a bit and see I joined in august. my weight was 315... right now it's 291. a 24 pound difference. it's been 5/6 months... let's use 6 months so 24 ÷ 6 is 4. that means I've been losing about 4 pounds a month. which to me is weird since sometimes I see the scale go back up. hmmm...
