Super I KNOW Earnestine is a bodybuilder. My auntie is the one who spent a lifetime running marathons, ironman etc. should have been clearer on that. Ive been watching Earnestine for a long long time.

BB she’s pretty inspirational. She didnt start working out till she was around 55 or 56 and it changed her life. I think she’s in her 80’s now and still competing as far as i know.

Bionici-she did not start her fitness journey till she was in her mid-50’s. Meaning it’s never too late to regain your health (barring certain medical conditions). She is an awesome example.
