I’m continuing to track everything I eat & it definitely helps. I added a goal of 60gm or less of sugar. I’ve been active everyday; strenuous bike rides every other day & nature walks the others. With my 30lb weigh loss so far I feel my emotions are more in check. My confidence is returning. I don’t dread getting dressed. It feels nice to be flexible & more physically fit. I’m bringing out my old clothes.

In May 2022 I fell & severely broke my elbow & arm requiring two difficult surgeries. That’s when my healthy lifestyle got completely derailed. It took a full year but I recovered, Thankfully!!
Well after 2023 being a year of excuses; sedentary, drinking alcohol & a 30lb weight gain…I’m now on my way to the old pre-injury me. So happy I found FS. It’s been a real friend to carry in my pocket. :)
