Yeah yeah the RECIPE!!! Marinate your chicken overnight for maximum tenderness.
MARINATING SPICES - 1tbsp curd+ 1tsp jeera+ 1tsp turmeric+ 1tbsp salt+ ½tsp sugar+ 1tsp lal mirch+ 1tsp coriander powder+ 1tsp soy sauce.
In a pan(preferably non-stick) pour as minimal oil as you can according to how much chicken you r cooking. I used 1tbsp for 250gm chicken so I'll be telling the ingredients ratio according. Saute 2 big sliced onion along with 2 bay leaves and 1½tbsp of ginger-garlic paste till golden brown. Add in your chicken and still a little then cover with a lid and let it cook in midium flame. Keep on stirring the chicken every 5 minutes. Do so around 4-5 times and then add 1tsp garam masala. Saute fry for sometime in high flame. By now your chicken should turn dark brownish. Add 2cups of water and add 2tsp kasuri methi(the aroma becomes divine) and let it boil till the water reduces to half. And done!! It takes around 40 mins(and 1 night only😅 if you consider the marination time) to cook this delicious recipe.
While serving add some butter if you can handle a few more calories 😁
