Finding my stubborn.
I've been reminding myself that I can be hungry and I am in fact not starving. I've logged my food and my exercise, I have a weigh in coming and I'd like change. I'd like to get to the point where I have a surplus of calories so I can have a cookie

I whole heartedly agree! I actually prefer to go to bed feeling hungry. It gives me a sense of accomplishment knowing that I wasnt eating late in the night.
