I feel you, this use to be an issue for me as well. Decided to only go out every second weekend but then not so much at all, realised some of my friends were the triggers and didn’t support me. But that was my thing. But I think you got this, the main thing is that you acknowledged what the issue might be so it will play in the back of your mind when you faced with this, you will try to make better decisions. Baby steps, if you fail you try to make better choices the next time you faced with that situation don’t be too hard on yourself. You only human. You got this!
