I feel like I do really good with eating, making sure that I am eating the right amount of cal's and fat grams, and eating every 4 hrs. I try to work out 3-4x per week, though sometimes it is less. But, my downfall is when I work. I work 2 nights per week. 7pm to 7am, and at least once a week I eat bad for 1-2 meals. I am either not eating the right foods when I am working or during the day when I get off work, I am do tired that I don't want to cook anything and I would rather stop and get tacos. I feel like I could be losing more than 1 lb per week if I didn't do this. I guess I am just tired and unfortunatly unhealthy food is so accesible.
