Had a day or two of set-backs in my eating but I'm back at it again today. It's not that I'm eating too many calories (although that has happened on occasion) it's just that I am not eating healthy foods. So much going on and so little time to think about eating.
I've actually lost 4 lbs so keeping up with my exercise has really really helped!
