I just realized that I have spent the last 4 weeks losing precisely .4 pound... and it's kind of depressing, but it's all good.
I'm on track now, and that's all that matters. :-) My diet plan is going great!!!
I'm still not tracking calories, I'm eating more intuitively and just choosing healthier foods. Here's what I have eaten/will eat today-
breakfast- oatmeal made with almond milk, with peanut butter
snack- Luna bar, banana
lunch- barley with black beans, tomato, shredded carrots, spinach, EVOO; side of canteloupe
snack- almonds
dinner- sandwich with Tofurkey slices, tomato, nayonaise, spinach, on 100% whole grain bread
snack- soy yogurt, Clif bar
exercise- Jillian Michael's 6 Week 6 pack + some biking
