Lol I hear you. I have issues with vitamin D, vitamin A, calcium, and iron among others. Because I have an autoimmune disease its even more important for me to keep track of nutrients. I was having issues with iron again so I had to go back to iron fortified cereals. I am the first to say that LCHF works great( I lost over 40 lbs in less than a year)but long term it doesn't work for me. I may go back to it this summer for a few months though.
I never laugh at natural solutions silly, not only are they usually cheaper they are also usually better for you.Never heard of using chalk though.....
