Thankful for another day and looking forward to it being a productive one. I'm starting a new Zumba workout today. I love dancing and my knee has finally healed where I can get my dance on. My intention for today is to give everyone I meet a smile. BE HAPPY :)

I used to LOVE to dance, but as I got so much heavier I was too self-conscious to do it. I think I need to start dancing again, right here at home, and let my body remember how much fun it was (and good exercise too.) Thank you for reminding me of that!
