Right I have just completed a 25 minute workout on the wii active and set it to hard running! and boxing burning 160 calories and now I feel great the endorfiphins have kicked in ! yeah exercise is great when you feel better for doing it it's like a drug! lol gonna watch a bit of tv then do 25 mins more ! it's also good to have the activity level against the food I have done! great website best there is I reccon and this site is all free! and ps i drank more water with exercising too! yeah me
