Cloudy w/ a chance of spit
I mean really-c'mon and rain already! I mean RAIN-not moisture. More than what it takes to make what's left of my hair frizzy! It's been cloudy since Sunday. It drizzled a bit today and we are on "storm watch" grrr.
I have been in intestinal distress since. I think it was the sf raisinettes. Awful!
Went to periodontist today-did I say awful? More awful than my tummy ache. He found a huge patch of decay my reg dentist somehow missed even when I complained about pain a year ago. I thought it was in my head-or due to my grinding or I don't know-old age? Now I may lose the tooth. Seeing reg dentist tomorrow. I hate confrontation-so will probably not say anything -instead just be resentful behind her back. The periodontist recommends scaling treatment for my gums and two sep. surgeries. Wow-it's a terrible time to be allergic to vicodin.
Positive Front
Been walking to and from the office-about 3.25 miles everyday. Hiked on Sunday-doing calisthenics more regularly too. Waiting for intestines to debloat before weighing in....
Saw dolphins two days in a row
My dog loves me
My cat tolerates me
It's all good.

Rain?! In California?! The world must be coming to an end!!!!! LOL. OMG....the dental work sounds, um, a little frightening? You are SO brave. I really should follow your example. BRAVO on walking the 3+ miles per day! That is really GREAT! That's 3+ miles a day more than I do!!! Hiking and calisthenics too?! AWESOME! I don't blame you for waiting for the de-bloat before weighing in. You are going to have a loss! I can feel it! Seeing dolphins is so COOL! Good luck with the dental work, Girlfriend! I did see it and would love it if you'd visit me! Back from the dentist part 1-honestly I've become namby pamby in my dottage. It really did not hurt that much-I hate the needles and the smell of burning tooth enamel though. However, now that the numbing is wearing off-ouch!

Chance of spit!?!? eek. You don't get rain because you are blessed w/ the beach! :P Go visit lala in Orange co or my sis in Temecula- just come inland a little for wet lol sorry about your teeth, i know you hate the surgeries too... I would make that dr pay.
