Hey everyone! It has been a very long time since I have written but I am in some bad need of help. I had my son lost weight and then my grandfather died and I have been under alot of stress with family problems and I am extremely depressed and my weight issue is this: I diet good during the week lose -4-6lbs and then cheat on the weekend and put the pounds on. I do not know what to do on the weekends with small kids I feel like I have lost all willpower I do not want to put on the 70lbs I already lost any advice or help for me?
