I got my 10%!!!
I'm so happy I've finally come to the first milestone in my weight loss journey. 19 lbs! Of course, after I weighed in I went home for Thanksgiving and stuffed my face with Turkey and Pumpkin Pie!!! :-) But I figured a treat was in order after nearly 2 1/2 months of being strict.
Weight Watchers gave me a cute little keychain, which I really like. Now my next goal is 25 lbs, when I get my first charm!
I'm really excited to continue on this journey, and I love that there's a supportive website like this one to share my feelings!
