You are fasting - not intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting is having a shortened eating window every day like between 12:00pm until 6:00pm. You appear to be fasting for whole days - 26 hours. I am not being critical but worried you will ruin your metabolism. please do some research becuase I care about your health.
