So I have been drinking a lot of water lately and I think that's what's helping flush everything out of my system. I'm usually good at drinking water but it's never enough. I decided to go ahead and consume more this past week than usual and it's helped me a lot. I've stayed full throughout the day and not to mention hydrated! I admit I haven't been eating well. My weakness is chips...but I am trying to eat more veggies and less carbs. Cutting carbs has helped me in the past and I have managed to lose a ton of weight doing so along with exercise. But for the past few months I haven't been able to go to the gym and carbs became a part of my diet again. I am trying to lose yet another 20 lbs and get to my ideal weight goal before Valentine's Day! I hope I can do this :))

You can do it! I found that cutting out all sugar (unless its natural in a food item) and only have complex carbs has helped me tremendously with reducing and almost eliminating cravings and hunger pains. Just remember, we are right there with you.
