I have been "away" but staying the course. Eating sensibly and allowing myself to enjoy things along the way. Weight has held steady and for this time of the year, THAT makes me happy! I do find that by tasting or trying things, I find them less appealing than when I deprived myself and all I thought about was this or that thing I could not have...!...works for me...Have a great day and a Happy Holiday season to everyone!
