i say this so you dont build up expectations and feel disappointed IN THE CASE it doesn't happen. Typically weight loss per week recommendations is 2lbs per week, anything more then that is considered unhealthy, and may not stick long term! I understand the strong need to reach your goal- ASAP!! Ya know?
with certain diets (keto/carnivore/low carb) you may achieve more then that in a week, then it tapers off. 2lbs a week is great!!!
