Peanut butter, banana, chocolate chunk Bundt cake. My own recipe using Greek yogurt and pb powder. 😋

It turned out super good! I didn’t have my scale out so all volumetric… 2 c all purpose flour 3/4 c pb powder 1.5 tsp baking soda 1 c brown sugar 1/2 c sugar 4 eggs 1/4 c peanut butter 1 c nonfat Greek yogurt 3 mediumish bananas 1/4 c olive oil 1 Tbs vanilla extract 1.5 c semisweet chocolate I dispersed it into 3 smaller Bundt pans and baked at 350 F. I feel like some other fruits, nuts could work in it as well. Maybe some blueberries 🫐

Liv I have a better recipe now with 1 cup flour 2 cup pb powder 0 oil and double the banana. Better macros and tastes better. And super good with blueberries! 😃
