Well today we had a luncheon for an employee who is leaving. You know what that means. I will say that I really scaled back my portions. But there wasnt alot of low cal food available. But at least I will be headed to the gym after work for the 3rd day in a row. Considering that I didnt use to go, I am hoping to balance out the scale.
