got up at 6:30 this morning, raining. no FBS and no weight. edema trace

Started wearing 5 pound weights on my legs today and I think I will start to do that every day when I am at home. They are HEAVY but when I think about the extra 30 pounds I used to carry around it motivates me to keep moving and carry some extra weights to help burn off more calories and strengthen muscles.
